So, yeah.
I haven't been writing here much lately. Life, I guess. It's been kicking me in the pants this past year. School, work, my living situation, these have all contributed to my not-having-as-much-time-as-I-would-like-to-write-about-the-things-I-love problem that I have been experiencing. I'll be changing that starting next week. Talking about food and food-related issues is easy for me. Finding the time is another matter entirely. It requires that I MAKE the time and that's not my forte. I think limiting my posts to once a week should help in this endeavor. Some of the things I'll be talking about in the next few posts: tasty things I have eaten, restaurants I have been to, food justice, and a word that is used in the food critics' lexicon I hate more than cheap, frozen burritos.
